conditions that: (i) such right of relocation will be <br />exercisable only after thirty (30) days' ,prior written notice of <br />the intention to relocate has been given to all owners using the <br />Utility facilities to be relocated; (ii) such relocation will <br />ka <br />not unreasonably interrupt any utility service to the improve - <br />r1 <br />CI nts then located on the Benefited Site(s); (iii) such <br />' relocation will not reduce or unreasonably impair the usefulness <br />f�. <br />0o or function of the Utility facilities to be relocated; and (iv) <br />all costs of such relocation will be borne by the owner relocat- <br />ing the Utility facilities. <br />2.01.5. Access Easements. Nonexclusive easements in <br />accordance with the Site Plan between each Site and the public <br />streets and ways abutting or crossing any portion of the Entire <br />Parcel for the purpose of providing ingress, egress and access <br />to the easements hereby created and to the Common Areas. <br />2.01.6. Construction Easements. Nonexclusive ease- <br />ments for the purpose of constructing the improvements on the <br />Entire Parcel, including reconstruction, installation, replace - <br />went, modification, care and maintenance, provided such use of a <br />Burdened Site is reasonably necessary, will be diligently pros- <br />ecuted in accordance with sound construction practices and will <br />not unreasonably interfere with the use of the Burdened Site or <br />the improvements thereon. <br />2.01.7.
