$7-- 1053''113 <br />-19- <br />security agreement with respect to the security interest <br />{ created hereby and referred to above until repayment or <br />satisfaction in full of the Secured Debt. The Mortgagor <br />will pay or cause to be paid all taxes and fees incident to <br />any such filing, refiling, recording and re- recording, and <br />all reasonable counsel fees and other expenses, taxes and <br />other governmental charges incident thereto. <br />57. No Waiver. A• waiver in one or more instances of <br />any of the terms, covenants, conditions or provisions <br />hereof, or of the Secured Debt secured hereby, shall apply <br />to the particular instance or instances and at the <br />particular time or times only, and no such waiver shall be <br />deemed a continuing waiver, but all of the terms, covenants, <br />conditions and other provisions of this Mortgage and of the <br />Secured Debt secured hereby shall survive and continue to <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />58. Modification. No change, amendment, modification, <br />cancellation or discharge hereof, or any part hereof, shall <br />be valid unless in writing and signed by the parties hereto <br />or their respective successors and assigns. <br />59. Notices. Wherever notice, demand or a request may <br />properly be given to the Mortgagor under this Mortgage, the <br />same shall always be sufficient to serve as a notice, demand <br />or request hereunder if in writing and posted in the United <br />States mail by registered or certified mail, addressed to <br />the Mortgagor at the address given in this Mortgage as the <br />Mortgagor's address or the business address of the Mortgagor <br />last known to the Mortgagee; and any such notice, demand or <br />request shall be treated as having been given upon such <br />deposit in the United States mails; and a notice so <br />addressed shall always be a sufficient notice, notwith- <br />standing a change in the ownership of the equity of <br />redemption of the Property, whether or not consented to by <br />the Mortgagee. <br />510. Proceedings in Other States. The Secured Debt <br />secured by this Mortgage are also secured by various other <br />mortgages, security deeds, deeds of trust or collateral <br />assignments of leasehold estates (collectively; including <br />this Mortgage, the "Mortgage Instruments ") conveying real <br />estate in the same state or other states within the United <br />States. An "Event of Mortgage Default" in any Mortgage <br />Instrument shall be an "Event of Mortgage Default" under all <br />Mortgage Instruments. All the property conveyed by the <br />Mortgage Instruments is security for all Secured Debt <br />secured by the Mortgage Instruments without allocation of <br />any one or more of the parcels serving as security under the <br />
