<br />(P) Clotheslines. Only collapsible or umbrella type clotheslines are permissible. All such clotheslines will be
<br />installed at the rear of the Lot in a location that is not visible from the street. Laundry hung from clotheslines shall be
<br />removed as quickly as possible. Clotheslines shall be collapsed when not in use.
<br />
<br />(q) Nuisances. No obnoxious, offensive, noxious, or other activity which would constitute a public or private
<br />nuisance or annoyance to the neighborhood will be permitted. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, nothing
<br />shall be done or maintained on, in or under the Property or any portion thereof that may detract from the value or
<br />appearance of the Property or any portion thereof as an attractive residential community.
<br />
<br />(r) No Annoying Light. Sounds or Odors. No light shall be emitted from any Lot or Improvement which is
<br />unreasonably bright or causes unreasonable glare, and no sound or odor shall be emitted from any portion of the
<br />Property which would reasonably be found by others to be noxious or offensive. Without limiting the generality of
<br />the foregoing, no exterior spot lights, searchlights, speakers, horns, whistles, bells or other light or sound devices, other
<br />than security devices used exclusively for security purposes, shall be located or used on any portion of the Property
<br />except with the prior written approval of the ACe.
<br />
<br />(5) Pets. House pets (defined as a cat or a dog less than 75 Ibs.) are permitted to be kept by the Owners,
<br />provided they are maintained and controlled by the Owner and are not raised, bred, kept or maintained for any
<br />commercial purpose. No farm animals, livestock, poultry or vicious or dangerous animals shall be allowed. All pets
<br />shall wear an identification collar and rabies tags. Pets must stay in their own yards and shall not be left outside
<br />unattended. Pets must at all times be kept on a leash when not on the Owner's Lot. Pet owners shall deter their pets
<br />from barking or making other loud noises, and shall be responsible for any barking or other noise that constitutes a
<br />nuisance. No dog house or other type of structure shall be erected or placed on the Owner's Lot unless it is approved in
<br />writing by the ACC and placed in the back yard in a location that cannot readily be seen from the street. Damage to
<br />any Lot caused by pets shall be repaired immediately by the Owner at the Owner's expense. If pets are walked, the
<br />Owner is required to clean up all pet droppings immediately. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Section (r) to
<br />the contrary, no more than two pets (in addition to other permissible house pets) shall be allowed on any Lot (or in any
<br />improvements thereon) at any time. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Section, no Pit Bulls, Doberman
<br />Pinschers or Rottweilers of any size shall be allowed or permitted on the property at any time.
<br />
<br />(t) Advertising. No advertising signs, billboards, or unsightly object shall be maintained or erected. "For
<br />Sale" signs may be posted if professionally prepared and no larger than the lesser of five (5) square feet or the
<br />maximum allowed by the then existing City of Grand Island zoning requirements.
<br />
<br />(u) Abusive Conduct The Owners and their guests shall refrain from public intoxication, profane and abusive
<br />language, loud or obnoxious conduct, disturbing or threatening the rights, comfort, health, safety, welfare or
<br />convenience of other owners and shall not (1) use, possess, sell, distribute or manufacture controlled or illegal drugs or
<br />other substances or drug paraphernalia; (2) engage in or threaten violence; (3) possess a weapon prohibited by
<br />applicable Laws; (4) discharge a firearm; (5) display a knife, gun or other weapon; or (6) bring hazardous materials
<br />into the area.
<br />
<br />(v) Garages and Carports. Owners may construct, where the Lot configuration permits, a garage
<br />or carport pursuant to the provisions of this Section. If a carport rather than a garage is to be constructed on
<br />any Lot, the Owner shall be required to construct a storage building within such carport, which storage area
<br />shall be at least 10' x 6'. Other than within the storage building, no property shall be stored in any carport
<br />(except for vehicles). Prior to commencing any garage or carport related construction, the Owner shall
<br />submit detailed plans and specifications for the garage or carport for review by the ACC. No garage or carport
<br />shall prevent reasonable ingress and egress for the installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of
<br />utilities. Garages and carports shall comply in all respects with all applicable governmental ordinances and
<br />regulations. Once a garage or carport is constructed, all tools, lawn mowers, toys, bicycles, tricycles, brooms,
<br />shovels, ladders and similar items shall be kept in the garage.

<br />M Playground Equipment:. Basketball Backboards. Jungle gyms, swing sets, playhouses and other children's
<br />playground equipment will be permitted in the backyards of Lots, provided such equipment is maintained in good
<br />condition and repair and cannot be readily seen from the street. Basketball backboards and hoops are permitted.
