Plaintiff shall <br />be solely responsible and hold the Defendant harmless for the following obligations: <br />a) Sallie Mae "student loan" $11,100.00 <br />b) Direct student loans $6,634.95 <br />c) CitiBank account ending 3697 $6,800.00 <br />d) Bank of America account ending 1866 $1,998.00 <br />e) Bank of America account no 0816, account ending 0816 $1,707.00 <br />f) Dennis Fahrenbruch $2,500.00 <br />g) Chase Credit account ending 2504 $4,953.00 <br />The Defendant shall pay and hold the Plaintiff harmless for the following unsecured <br />accountS: <br /> <br />a) Household Bank $2,636.00 <br />b) Wells Fargo account ending 7136 $2,207.00 <br />c) Beneficial "credit line" $5,800.00 <br />d) CitiFinancial $1,600.00 <br />e) Prompt Care $45.00 <br />f) MBNA $4,900.00 <br />g) Discover $1,300.00 <br />9. The Defendant is the owner ofreal estate located in Brown County, Nebraska which was <br />his prior to the marriage and shall remain in his sole and exclusive name. <br />10. Court costs are taxed to the Plaintiff and each party shall pay their respective attorney's <br />fees and additional court costs. <br />11. The Guardian Ad Litem fees are accessed to each party in the amount of $699 .26 a piece. <br />Plaintiff is hereby granted the privilege of paying said fees at the rate of $60.00 per month <br />commencing July, 2006. A review hearing is hereby scheduled for the 22nd day ofJanuary, 2007, <br />commencing at 9:00 a.m. to determine compliance with said payment schedule. If the Plaintiff fails <br />to meet the obligations set forth herein then she shall appear at said time and date for purposes of <br />showing cause to the court why she should not be held in contempt for nonpayment of Guardian Ad <br />Litem fees. <br />12.
