<br />88-108188 <br /> <br />subdivision, with lots designated by numbers and easements by <br /> <br /> <br />dimensions, and proposes to cause the plat of such subdivision when <br /> <br /> <br />finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission and the City <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />Council to be acknowledged by such owner, certified as to accuracy <br /> <br /> <br />of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a <br /> <br />dedication of the easements to the use and benefit of public <br /> <br /> <br />utilities. In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said <br /> <br /> <br />CARLYLE SUBDIVISION, the Subdivider hereby consents and agrees with <br /> <br /> <br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that she will install or <br /> <br /> <br />provide at her expense the following improvements: <br /> <br /> <br />1. Pavinq. The Subdivider waives the right to object to any <br /> <br /> <br />paving or repaving of Lincoln Avenue where it abuts the sub- <br /> <br />division. <br /> <br />2. Water. Public water service is available to the sub- <br /> <br /> <br />division, and the Subdivider agrees to connect all new structures <br /> <br />in the subdivision which require water service to the public water <br />service main before applying for occupancy permits. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer. <br /> <br />Public sanitary sewer service is <br /> <br />available to the subdivision, and the Subdivider agrees to connect <br /> <br />all new structures in the subdivision which require sanitary sewer <br />service to the public sanitary sewer system before applying for <br /> <br />occupancy permits. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Drainaqe. The Subdivider agrees to grade the lots of the <br /> <br /> <br />subdivision in conjunction with the structures thereon so that <br /> <br /> <br />storm water drains to the public right-of-way or other approved <br /> <br /> <br />facili'Cy, as approved by the City's Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />2 <br />
