Nebraska The undersigned, BE'l"rY JOAN SHUMAN, a single person, here- inafter called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land comprising all the southerly one hundred (100.0) feet of the westerly eighty-five (85.0) feet of Block Fifteen (15), Pleasant Home Subdivision, and part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SEtSEt) of Section Twenty-one (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot Two (2), Anita Subdivision; thence easterly along the South line of said Lot Two (2) a distance of eighty-five (85.0) feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot Two (2); thence southerly parallel to the east line of Lincoln Avenue a distance of two hundred (200.0) feet to the North line of Lot Seven (7), Mehring and Kelly Subdivision; thence westerly along the North line of said Lot Seven (7) a distance of eighty-five (85.0) feet to the East line of said Lincoln Avenue; thence northerly along the East line of said Lincoln Avenue a distance of two hundred (200.0) feet to the place of beginning, and containing 0.390 acre, more or less; desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the foregoing tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision, to be known as CARLYLE SUB- DIVISION, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots and easements belonging to such
