<br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />CARLYLE SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />88- 108122 <br /> <br />An Addition to the City of Grand Island. Nebraska <br /> <br />The undersigned, BE'l"rY JOAN SHUMAN, a single person, here- <br /> <br /> <br />inafter called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land <br /> <br />comprising all the southerly one hundred (100.0) feet of the <br /> <br />westerly eighty-five (85.0) feet of Block Fifteen (15), Pleasant <br /> <br />Home Subdivision, and part of the Southeast Quarter of the <br /> <br />Southeast Quarter (SEtSEt) of Section Twenty-one (21), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Grand <br /> <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot Two (2), Anita <br />Subdivision; thence easterly along the South line of said <br />Lot Two (2) a distance of eighty-five (85.0) feet to the <br />Southeast corner of said Lot Two (2); thence southerly <br />parallel to the east line of Lincoln Avenue a distance <br />of two hundred (200.0) feet to the North line of Lot <br />Seven (7), Mehring and Kelly Subdivision; thence westerly <br />along the North line of said Lot Seven (7) a distance of <br />eighty-five (85.0) feet to the East line of said Lincoln <br />Avenue; thence northerly along the East line of said <br />Lincoln Avenue a distance of two hundred (200.0) feet to <br />the place of beginning, and containing 0.390 acre, more <br />or less; <br /> <br />desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the foregoing tract of <br /> <br /> <br />land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of <br /> <br />such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and <br /> <br /> <br />plat of such proposed subdivision, to be known as CARLYLE SUB- <br /> <br /> <br />DIVISION, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and <br /> <br /> <br />particularly describing the lots and easements belonging to such <br />
