In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of FAWNACRES SIXTH SUBDIVISION, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install or provide at their expense the following improvements: 1. Streets. The Subdividers waive the right to object to any paving or repaving districts of Engleman Road where it abuts the subdivision. 2. Public water service is not available to the Water. subdivision; therefore, the Subdividers may provide private wells in accordance with existing regulations of the Department of Public Health for each structure located within said subdivision. The Subdividers agree not to protest the creation of any water districts within said subdivision, and further, agree to connect any and all structures to any water main abutting the lot upon which said structure is located within two construction seasons after completion of said water main. 3. Sanitary Sewer. Public sanitary sewer service is not available to the subdivision; therefore, the Subdividers may provide individual septic tanks in accordance with existing regu- lations of the Department of Public Health. The Subdividers furthermore waive their right to protest the creation of any sanitary sewer districts within said subdivision, and to connect 2 L L -1
