<br />:', ....:.::..... ,""'"..,:' ;'_.'" <br /> <br />88- 102753 <br /> <br />the individual structures located in said subdivision to said <br />sanitary sewer mains within two construction seasons after <br />completion of the construction of said mains. <br />4. Drainage. The Subdividers agree to continue to grade <br />the lots of the subdivision in conjunction with the structures <br />thereon so that storm water drains to the public right-of-way. <br />5. Sidewalks. The City hereby waives the immediate <br />construction of any and all sidewalks adjacent to said sub- <br />division and within said subdivision. However, the Subdividers <br />agree that any and all sidewalks will.be constructed by the lot <br />owner. within six months after a directive from the Grand Island <br />Ci ty Council. <br />6. Storm Sewer. The Subdividers agree to grade the lots <br />of the subdivision in conjunction with the structures thereon so <br />that storm water drains to the public right-of-way in a manner <br />approved by the City's Director of Public Works. <br />7. Warranty. The undersigned owners, as Subdividers, <br />warrant that they are the owners in fee simple of the land <br />described and proposed to be known as FAWNACRES SIXTH <br />SUBDIVISION, and that an abstract of title will be submitted for <br />examination, if necessary, upon request of the City of Grand <br />Island. <br />8. This agreement shall run with the land and shall be <br />binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, <br />their successors and assigns. Where the term "Subdividers" is <br />used in this agreement, the subsequent owners of any lots in the <br />subdivision shall be responsible to perform any of the conditions <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />L <br /> <br /> <br />.J <br />
