GEER and HAZEL H. GEER, husband <br /> <br />and wife, herein called the Subdividers, as owners of' a tract of <br /> <br />land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter (NE 1/4 NE 1/4) of Section Twenty-seven (27), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall <br /> <br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the East line of said Section <br />Twenty-seven (27), said point being four hundred two (402.0) <br />feet South of the Northeast corner of said Section Twenty- <br />seven (27); thence southerly along the East line of said <br />Section Twenty-seven (27) a distance of two hundred fifty- <br />eight (258.0) feet to the Northeast corner of Fawnacres <br />Fourth Subdivision; thence westerly along the North line of <br />said Fawnacres Fourth Subdivision a distance of three <br />hundred thirty (330.0) feet to the Northwest corner of said <br />Fawnacres Fourth Subdivision; thence northerly parallel to <br />the East line of said Section Twenty-seven (27) a distance <br />of two hundred fifty-eight (258.0) feet; thence easterly <br />parallel to the North line of said Fawnacres Fourth <br />Subdivision a distance of three hundred thirty (330.0) feet <br />to the place of beginning, and containing 1.955 acres, more <br />or less; <br /> <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above-described <br /> <br />tract of land which is located beyond the corporate limits of the <br /> <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, but within its zoning juris- <br />diction, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for <br />acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such <br /> <br />proposed subdivision to be known as FAWNACRES SIXTH SUBDIVISION, <br /> <br />designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly <br /> <br />describing the lots and easements belonging to such subdivision, <br />with lots designated by numbers, easements by dimensions, and the <br /> <br />street by name, and propose to cause the plat of such sub- <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />_J <br />
