<br />Property: The Buildings, Land, Fixtures, Personalty (as
<br />herein defined) and Rents (as herein defined), together with:

<br />Fixtures or Personalty, including, but not
<br />limited to, those for any vacation of, or change
<br />in grade in, any streets affecting the Land or
<br />the Buildings and those for municipal utility
<br />district or other utility costs incurred or
<br />deposits made in connection with the Land; and
<br />
<br />any and all security and collateral of any nature
<br />whatsoever, now or hereafter given for the
<br />repayment of the Indebtedness or the performance
<br />and discharge of the Obligations.
<br />
<br />As used in this Ass ignment, the term "Property" sha 11 be
<br />expressly defined as meaning allor, where the context permits
<br />or requires, any portion of the abcve and allor, where the
<br />cor-text permi ts or requi res, any interest or Ass ignor therein,
<br />whether now owned or hereafter acquired.
<br />
<br />Obligations: Any and all of the covenants, conditions~
<br />warranties, representations and other obI iga t ions (other than
<br />to repay the Indebtedness) made or undertaken by Ass ignor to
<br />Assignee or others as set forth in the Loan Documents, Leases
<br />and any lease, sublease or other form of conveyance or any
<br />other agreement pursuant to which Assignor is granted a
<br />possessory interest in the Land.
