<br />By Substitution of Trustee executed, mailed and recorded
<br />as provided in Section 1004 of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act,
<br />dated August 27, 1987 and filed September 3, 1987 as Document
<br />Number 87-105269 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, Stewart Title Guaranty Company has
<br />been replaced as' trustee under the Deed of Trust by the
<br />Trustee.

<br />Default has occurred under the terms of the Deed of
<br />Trust and the obligations secur~d thereby, as more particu-
<br />larly set forth in the notice of default dated September 4,
<br />1987 and filed September 8, 1987, in the office of the Regis-
<br />ter of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document Number
<br />87-105345 (the "Notice of Default").
<br />
<br />On September 9, 1987, copies of the Notice of Default,
<br />with the recording date shown thereon, were mailed to the
<br />Trustor and other interested parties by certified mail,
<br />return receipt requested, postage prepaid, as provided in
<br />Section 1008 of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act.
<br />
<br />After the lapse of not less than one (1) month after the
<br />recording of the Notice of Default, in consequence of the
<br />Notice of Default and in compliance with the terms of the
<br />Deed of Trust, a notice of trustee's sale was executed,
<br />stating that the above-described property would be sold at
<br />public auction to the highest bidder at the front door of the
<br />Hall County Courthouse in Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on November 12, 1987, at 10:00 a.m. The nQtice of
<br />trustee's sale was published in the Grand Island Daily Inde-
<br />eendent, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, with the first publication being made on
<br />October 12, 1987, and thereafter on October 19, 1987,
<br />October 26, 1987, November 9, 1987, and December I, 1987.

<br />On October 13, 1987, copies of said notice of trustee's
<br />sale were mailed to the Trustor and other interested parties
<br />by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid,
<br />as provided in Section 1008 of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act.
<br />
<br />On November 24, 1987, the trustee's sale was postponed
<br />by public declaration at the time and place appointed for the
<br />sale as provided in Section 1009 of the Nebraska Trust Deeds
<br />Act. Thereafter, a notice of trustee's sale was executed,
<br />stating that the above-described property would be sold at
<br />public auction to the highest bidder at the front door of the
<br />Hall County Courthouse in Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on January 14, 1988, at 2:00 p.m. The notice of
