<br />Independent, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall
<br />county, Nebraska, with the first publication being made on
<br />November 30, 1987, and thereafter on December 7, 1987,
<br />December 14, 1987, December 21, 1987, and December 28, 1987,
<br />
<br />On December 23, 1987, copies of said notice of trustee's
<br />sale were mailed to the Trustor and other interested parties
<br />by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid,
<br />as provided in Section 1008 of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act.
<br />
<br />On January 14, 1988, the trustee's sale was postponed by
<br />public declaration at the time and place appointed for the
<br />sale as provided in Section 1009 of the Nebraska Trust Deeds
<br />Act. Thereafter, a notice of trustee's sale was executed,
<br />stating that the above-described property would be sold at
<br />public auction to the highest bidder at the front door of the
<br />Hall County Courthouse in Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on March 17, 1988, at 2:00 p.m. The notice of
<br />trustee's sale was published in the Grand Island Daily Inde-
<br />pendent, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, with the first publication being made on
<br />J~nuary 25, 1988, and thereafter on February I, 1988,
<br />February 8, 1988, February IS, 1988, and February 22, 1988.

<br />On February 16, 1988 copies of said notice of trustee's
<br />sale were mailed to the Trustor and other interested parties
<br />by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid,
<br />as provided in Section 1008 of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act.
<br />
<br />The above-described property was sold at public auction
<br />on March 17, 1988 at the time and place of said sale last
<br />fixed as aforesaid, to the Beneficiary, being the highest
<br />bidder at said sale, for the sum of $37,500.00.
<br />
<br />All applicable statutory provisions of the State of
<br />Nebraska and all provisions of the Deed of Trust have been
<br />complied with as to the acts to be performed and notices to
<br />be given.
<br />
<br />Pursuant to an agreement between the Beneficiary and the
<br />Grantee, the Beneficiary assigned its right to acquire title
<br />to the Property to the Grantee, and has requested that the
<br />Trustee hereby convey the Property directly to the Grantee.
<br />
<br />IN ~~s WHEREOF, the Trustee has executed this deed
<br />on this day of March, 1988.
