<br />88- 101253 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots, <br /> <br />easements, and street belonging to such subdivision, with lots <br /> <br />designated by numbers, easements by dimensions, and street by <br /> <br />name, and propose to cause the plat of such subdivision when <br /> <br />finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission and the City <br /> <br /> <br />Council to be acknowledged by such owners, certified as to <br /> <br /> <br />accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain <br /> <br />a dedication of easements to the use and benefit of public <br /> <br /> <br />service utilities forever, and the street to the use and benefit <br /> <br />of the public forever. In consideration of the acceptance of the <br /> <br /> <br />plat of HIDDEN LAKES SUBDIVISION NUMBER SIX, the Subdividers <br /> <br /> <br />hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br /> <br />that they will install or provide at their expense the following <br /> <br /> <br />improvements: <br /> <br />1. Paving. The Subdividers waive the right to object to any <br /> <br /> <br />paving or repaving districts of Lakeside Drive and Gunbarrel Road <br /> <br />where they abut the subdivision. <br /> <br />2. Water. Public water service is not available to the <br /> <br /> <br />subdivision; therefore, the Subdividers may provide private wells <br /> <br />for each structure located within said subdivision. The Sub- <br /> <br /> <br />dividers agree not to protest the creation of any water districts <br /> <br />within said subdivision, and further agree to connect any and all <br /> <br />structures to any water main abutting the lot upon which said <br /> <br />structure is located within two construction seasons after com- <br /> <br />pletion of said water main. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Sanitary Sewer.
