<br />I <br /> <br />88- 101253 <br /> <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />HIDDEN LAKES SUBDIVISION NUMBER SIX <br /> <br />Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />HAROLD GREEN, JR., and DELORES A. GREEN, husband and wife, <br /> <br />each in his and her own right, herein called the Subdividers, as <br /> <br />owners of a tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast <br /> <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE 1/4 NE 1/4) of Section <br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of <br /> <br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the East line of said Northeast <br />Quarter (NE 1/4), said point being three hundred thirty-six <br />and eighty-five hundredths (336.85) feet South of the North- <br />east corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter (SE 1/4 NE 1/4), also being the Southeast corner of <br />Hidden Lakes Subdivision Number Three; thence westerly along <br />the South line of said Hidden Lakes Subdivision Number Three <br />a distance of three hundred eighty-four and thirty-two <br />hundredths (384.32) feet to the Northeast corner of Lot <br />Three (3), Hidden Lakes Subdivision Number Two; thence <br />southerly along the easterly line of said Hidden Lakes <br />Subdivision Number Two a distance of five hundred fifty and <br />sixteen Hundredths (550.16) feet to the North right-of-way <br />line of Lakeside Drive; thence easterly along the North <br />right-of-way line of said Lakeside Drive a distance of three <br />hlmdred seventy-one (371.0) feet to the East line of said <br />Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4); thence northerly along the East <br />line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) a distance of five <br />hundred fifty-three and one tenth (553.1) feet to the place <br />of beginning, and containing 4.782 acres, more or less; <br /> <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the foregoing tract of <br /> <br />land outside the corporate limits but within two miles of the <br /> <br />city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and hereby submit to <br /> <br />the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law <br /> <br />an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known <br /> <br />as HIDDEN LAKES SUBDIVISION NUMBER SIX, designating explicitly <br /> <br />L <br />f <br />! <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />~ <br />
