The Subdividers agree not to protest the creation <br /> <br />of any sanitary sewer districts within said subdivision, and <br /> <br />further agree to connect any and all structures to sanitary sewer <br /> <br />mains abutting the lot upon which said structure is located <br /> <br />within two construction seasons after completion of said sewer <br /> <br />main. <br /> <br />4. Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade all lots in <br /> <br />the subdivision in conjunction with the structures thereon in <br /> <br />such a manner as to conduct storm water flow to the public <br /> <br />right-of-way, or other drainage facility as approved by the <br /> <br />Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />5. Sidewalks. The City hereby waives the immediate con- <br /> <br />struction of any and all sidewalks adjacent to said subdivision <br /> <br />and within said subdivision. However, the Subdividers agree that <br /> <br />any and all sidewalks will be constructed by the lot owners <br /> <br />within six months after a directive from the Grand Island City <br /> <br />Council. <br /> <br />6. Flood Plain. Since the subdivision is partially in the <br /> <br />flood plain, any new residential structures or additions to <br /> <br />existing structures constructed in that area shall have the <br /> <br />lowest floor elevation to a minimum of one foot above the ele- <br /> <br />vat ion of the lOO-year flood, as determined by the building <br /> <br />permit received by the Subdividers or successors from the <br /> <br />Building Department under the provisions of Section 2-1506.06, <br /> <br />R.R.S. 1943.
