<br />200610018 <br /> <br />PREPAYMENT RIDER <br />(Attach to the one copy to the Mortgage) <br /> <br />Loan # 000029885 <br /> <br />This prepayment rider is made on the 14th day of October ,2006 ,andis incorporated <br />into and made a part and shall be deemed to amend and supplement the Promissory Note made by <br />the undersigned borrower(s) in favor of The Lending Grou.p, Inc. (the Lender) and dated as of <br />even date herewith (the Note). <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL COVENANTS: In addition to the covenants and agreements in the Note and in <br />the Security Agreement, Borrower and Lender further covenanfand agree asfollows: <br /> <br />FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned (Borrower{s) agree(s) that the following provisions <br />shall be incorporated into and shall be deemed to amend and supplement the mortgage, Deed of <br />Trust or Security Deed of even date herewith (the Security Instrument) executed by Borrower, as <br />trustor or mortgagor,ih favor of The Lending Group, Inc., its successors and or assigns (Lender) <br />as beneficiary of mortgagee, and also into that certain promissory note of even date herewith (the <br />Note) executed by Borrower in favor of Lender. To the extent that the provisions of this <br />prepayment rider. (111eRider) are inconsistent with the provisions of this Rider shall prevail over <br />and shall supersede any such inconsistent provisions of the Security Instrument and I or the Notc. <br />TIle section of the Note pertaining to the Borrowers right to prepay is amended to read in its <br />entirety as follows: <br /> <br />BORROWERS RIGHT TO PREP A Y: PREPAYMENT CHARGE <br />I have the right to make payments of the principal at any time before they are due.A payment of <br />principal only is known as a "prepayment". Whenl make a payment I will tell the Note Holder in <br />writing that I am doing so. I may make full prepayment or partial prepayment. However, if I <br />make a prepayment in excess of the mandatory principal payment during the first (36 ) months, <br />I will have a prepayment charge of (5%) of the outstanding principal balance at the time of <br />prepayment. Thereafter there will he no prepayment charge. The note holder will use all of my <br />prepayments to reduce the amount of principal that I owe under this Note. If I make a partial <br />prepayment, there will be no changes in the due date or in the amount of my monthly payment <br />unless the Note Holder agrees in writing to those changes.
