<br />200607824 <br /> <br />The records show that there were several deposits show1ng <br /> <br />that on the 29th of August, 1987, there was $3,100 in said account. <br /> <br />There is dispute about this as to what happened to it, but in any <br /> <br />event the Court would find that it was part of the marital assets <br /> <br />transferred to others by the Respondent and should be adjusted for <br /> <br />in the order dividing property in the Court's decree. <br /> <br />The Court finds that in addition the Respondent 1S the <br /> <br />owner of an i nsu ranee po 1 icy th rough Prudent i alL i fe I nsu ranee <br /> <br />Company in the sum of $1,966 present cash value, being Policy <br /> <br />#34010242, and that the Petitionel- has two insurance policies <br /> <br />through the Prudential Insurance Company with a present value of <br /> <br />$2,063. The Court finds that in order to make adjustments in the <br /> <br />property the value of the insurance pOlicies should be taken into <br /> <br />account. <br /> <br />vi. In addition to the above, the parties are the owners <br /> <br /> <br />of a number of vehicles, part of which have been used by the <br /> <br /> <br />Petitioner and the son, Ron; part of which have been used by the <br /> <br /> <br />Respondent, and the parties have attempted to place a value on the <br /> <br /> <br />vehicles for purposes of this decree.
