The <br /> <br /> <br />Court would find that portions of these funds have been contributed <br /> <br /> <br />by the employee and part by the employer, and though the evidence <br /> <br /> <br />would reflect certain valuations have not been carried to the date <br /> <br /> <br />of t,rl is heal- i n9, that the va I ue of said ret i rement plan and <br /> <br /> <br />variable investment plans and the stock purchased under the <br /> <br /> <br />Employee Stock Ownership Plan total $68,328.64, this being computed <br /> <br /> <br />by adding monthly contributions of $291.66 each month subsequent <br /> <br /> <br />to the statement of september 30, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />In addition to the retirement plan of the Respondent in <br /> <br /> <br />this matter, the Petitioner has accumulated 1n her individual <br /> <br /> <br />,-etirement account or pension plan through her employer, Cunningham <br /> <br /> <br />Law Firm, the sum of $721.19. <br /> <br /> <br />The Court finds that the parties during the marriage have <br /> <br /> <br />accumulated certain savings consisting of Savings Account #812- <br /> <br /> <br />374-7 in the FirsTier Bank in the amount of $2,300. There is also <br /> <br /> <br />an insurance check received for damages covered by insurance on a <br /> <br />1980 Honda in the sum of $1,200. <br /> <br />In addition to the above, the <br /> <br />Court would find that there was an account at FirsTier Savings, <br /> <br /> <br />being Account #810-934-6, which was transferred by the Respondent <br /> <br /> <br />and p I aced in j oi nt tenancy with his parents, I rene V. Fay and <br /> <br /> <br />Clarence J. Fay, Sr. <br /> <br />p. <br />
