The Petitioner shall maintain health insurance on the minor children. Any deductibles or amounts not covered by insurance for medical, dental, optical or orthodontic expenses shall be equally split by and between the parties. The Petitioner is required to fumish the Clerk of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, with the name of his health insurance carrier, together with the number ofthe policy and the address at which claims are to be submitted. The Petitioner is further ordered to advise the Clerk of the District Court of any changes in such information until the judgment has been fully satisfied.
