The Petitioner shall have quieted in him all items of personal property currently in his <br /> <br />possession, together with all guns, tools, and washer and dryer in family home. Petitioner shall have <br /> <br />quieted in him the 2002 Ford 150 truck and 4-wheeler, subject to any indebtedness and shall hold <br /> <br />the Respondent harmless thereon. Petitioner shall also have quieted in him all checking and savings <br /> <br />accounts currently in his name, as well as, if any, stocks, bonds, certificates of deposit, pensions, <br /> <br />retirement plans, annuities, IRA's and any and all life insurance policies free and clear of ffilY claims <br /> <br />or demands ofthe Respondent. <br /> <br />Specifically, the Petitioner shall have quieted in him his retirement account with Cargill. <br /> <br />8. The Respondent shall have quieted in her all items of personal property currently in her <br /> <br />possession, household goods ffild furnishings. Respondent shall have quieted in her the 1999 Ford <br /> <br />Expedition, subject to any indebtedness and shall hold the Petitioner harmless thereon. The parties shall each be responsible for any indebtedness incurred in their name since <br /> <br />separation and shall be responsible for ffilY indebtedness on their own credit cards. <br /> <br />10.
