The Court finds that the division of assets and debts is fair, is not unconscionable and <br /> <br /> <br />is approved by this Comi. <br /> <br />15. Each party shall be responsible for payment of their own attorney fees and court costs. <br /> <br />16. All property and money received and retained by the parties pursuant hereto, except as <br /> <br />specifically provided for to the contrary, shall be the separate property of the respective parties, free <br /> <br />and clear of any right, interest, or claim ofthe other, and each party shall have the right to deal with <br /> <br />and dispose o[his or her separate property, both real and personal. <br /> <br />17. Each of the parties will execute and deliver to the other party any documents, titles, <br /> <br />deeds, etc., that may be reasonably required to accomplish the intent ofthis instrument and shall do <br /> <br />all other things incident to this end. In the event either party shall fail to comply with the provisions <br /> <br />of this paragraph within thirty (30) days thereof, this Decree shall constitute an actual grant, <br /> <br />assignment, and conveyance ofthe property and rights in such manner and with such force and effect <br /> <br />as shall be necessary to effectuate the terms of this Decree. <br /> <br />18. Both Petitioner and Respondent waive complete record in this matter and the Clerk of <br /> <br />the Court is ordered to refund to the Petitioner the costs advanced for the complete record. <br /> <br />19. Except for purposes of appeal, remarriage or continuation of health insurance coverage <br /> <br />as prescribed herein, this Decree of Dissolution becomes final and operative thirty (30) days from <br /> <br />the date hereof or on the death of one of the parties to this action, whichever occurs first. If this <br /> <br />Decree becomes final and operative upon the date of death of one of the parties to this action, this <br /> <br />Decree shall be treated as ifit became final and operative the date it was rendered. <br /> <br />20. For purposes ofremarriage, this Decree becomes final and operative six months after the <br /> <br />Decree is filed or on the date of death of one of the parties of this action, whichever occurs first.
