The care, custody and control ofthcminor children, Jessica.To Ehlers, born March 12, 1986, and Jennifer Lyml Ehlers, born March 4, 1988, be granted to the parties jointly with primary physical custody in the Respondent, subject to rights of reasonable visitation by the Petitioner. Each parent shall continue to have full and equal access to the education and medical records of the minor children unless thc court orders to the contrary and either parent may make emergency decisions affecting the health or safety ofthe minor children while the children are in the physical custody of such parent. In addition, the Respondent will make available to the Petitioner the schedule of the minor children's school activities, be it teacher's conferences, Christmas programs or other special events that the minor children participate in at school as well as any schedules as to sporting activities that the minor children participate in and make those available to the Petitioner in advance of the activity date. 6.
