Livingston, District Judge. The Petitioner was personally present in Court <br /> <br />without counsel. The Respondent was personally present in Court with her attorney, John B. <br /> <br />McDennott. <br /> <br />The parties adduced evidence and stipulated to a property settlement agreement which was <br /> <br />orally entered into the record. <br /> <br />The Court being fully advised in the file and the premises finds as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties hereto and the subject matter oftms action. <br /> <br />2. The parties were married on April 4, 1987, and two children have .been bom of said <br /> <br />marriage; namely: Jessica Jo Ehlers, born March 12, 1986 and Jemlifer Lynn Ehlers, born March <br /> <br />4, 1988. <br /> <br />3. Neither the Petitioner nor the Respondent is a party to any other action pending in this or <br /> <br />any other Court for divorce, separation or dissolution of man-iage. <br /> <br />4.
