<br />200603483 <br /> <br />Sanitary sewer connections along Husker Highway shall require a connection fee of <br /> <br />$18,092.93. <br /> <br />8. Electrical Service. The Subdivider shall construct and install conduits for <br /> <br />public electrical lines in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Utilities Director, <br /> <br />and subject to the City's inspection. The Subdivider may, in its discretion, relocate existing public <br /> <br />overhead power lines underground within the utility easement adjacent to U.S. Highway 281 at the <br /> <br />Subdivider's expense. In such event, the City will make every effort to not install or permit the <br /> <br />installation of overhead public electrical lines in said easement along the west side right-of-way of <br /> <br />U.S. Highway 281 or the south side right-of-way of Husker Highway adjacent to the subdivision. <br /> <br />9. Storm Drainage. The Subdivider agrees to grade all lots in the subdivision in <br /> <br />conjunction with the development proposed thereon so that storm drainage is conveyed to a public <br /> <br />right-of-way or to other drainage systems approved by the Director of Public Works. The Drainage <br /> <br />Plan must be approved by the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />10. Sidewalks. The Subdivider shall install all public sidewalks as required by <br /> <br />the City of Grand Island with the installation of adjacent streets or drainage structures, and such <br /> <br />sidewalk shall be regulated and required with the building permit for each such lot except that <br /> <br /> <br />installation of public sidewalks adjacent to Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six <br /> <br /> <br />(6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10) shall be required with the building permit for each <br /> <br /> <br />such lot. A ten (10.0) foot wide hikelbike trail segment shall be installed east ofJames Road, along <br /> <br /> <br />Outlot B, south of Husker Highway as shown on Exhibit "D". A sidewalk shall be installed along <br /> <br /> <br />Husker Highway with the installation ofthe drainage proposed thereon. <br /> <br />- 5 - <br />
