<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76-1007, Statutes of Nebraska, the Trustee gave written
<br />notice of the time and place of sale particularly describing the property to be sold by publication of such
<br />notice, commencing on November 30, 2005 and continuing once each week for five (5) consecutive
<br />weeks, the last publication being at least ten (10) days but not more than thirty (30) days prior to the date
<br />of such sale, in The Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, which notice fully complied with the requirements of said statute; and

<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76-1008, Statutes of Nebraska, on December 6, 2005, the

<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76-1009, Statutes of Nebraska, on January 10, 2006 at
<br />10:00 A.M., being the time and place designated in the Notice of Trustee's Sale, David C. Huston,
<br />Attorney for the Trustee, sold said property at public auction to CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), being the
<br />highest bidder, for the sum of $66,900.00, which sale fully complied with the requirements of said
<br />statute.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue and in execution of the power of sale granted to said Trustee,
<br />and in consideration of the sum of $66,900.00 to him paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
