<br />All that certain lot or parcel of land situate in Hall County, Nebraska, known and described as
<br />being Lot 79 in Hagges' Subdivision, to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), its
<br />successors and assigns forever.

<br />This Deed shall operate to convey to the Grantee, without right of redemption, the Grantor's title
<br />and all right, title, interest and claim of the Trustors and their successors in interest and of all persons
<br />claiming by, through or under them, in and to the property sold, including all such right, title, interest and
<br />claim in and to such property acquired by the Trustors or their successors in interest subsequent to the
<br />execution of the Deed of Trust.

<br />This Deed is subject to the liens, encumbrances, real estate taxes, tax sale certificates,
<br />assessments, easements, restrictions or covenants of record which Grantor is not entitled to convey
<br />pursuant to Nebraska Statute Sec. 76~1010(2) R.R.S., 2003.
