In the event that the Respondent <br />fails to pay and appear as so ordered, a warrant shall be issued <br />for the Respondent's arrest. <br />e. The parties own as joint tenants real estate located at <br />1404 Dodd Street, Wood River, Nebraska, which real estate has the <br />following legal description: <br />Lot 7, Block 3, West North Lawn Second Subdivision, <br />Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Respondent shall have the above mentioned real estate set <br />over to him as his sole and absolute property subject to an <br />encumbrance thereon with First Commerce Mortgage Company in the <br />approximate amount of Forty -five Thousand Two Hundred Thirty -two <br />Dollars and Forty -six Cents ($45,232.46) which encumbrance the <br />Respondent shall assume and pay and hold the Petitioner harmless <br />thereon. <br />f. The Petitioner shall have set over to her as her sole <br />and absolute property all household goods and furnishings, <br />wearing apparel, personal effects, appliances and fixtures and <br />other personal property of every kind and description now in her <br />possession, including bank accounts, insurance policies, and <br />other intangible property now possessed by the Petitioner or <br />owned by her in her separate name. <br />g.
