The parties were married on the 21st day of May, 1983, and the custody and welfare of the following children born to said union will be affected by these proceedings: Andrew John Moss, born September 10, 1986 6. From the evidence it appears that every reasonable effort to effect reconciliation has been made, without success, and that the marriage of the Petitioner and Respondent is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court: a. The marriage between the Petitioner and Respondent should be and the same hereby is dissolved. This dissolution of marriage shall not become final, except for purposes of appeal, for a period of six (6) months from and after this date. b. The Petitioner shall have the permanent custody and care of the parties' minor child, Andrew John Moss, subject to the right of reasonable visitation by the Respondent. C. The Petitioner shall be responsible for maintaining health insurance for the minor child. d. The Respondent shall pay to the Petitioner, for and on behalf of the parties' minor child, child support payments in the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per month on the first day of each and every month. Said child support payments shall continue until such child dies, becomes of legal age, self - supporting, emancipated, adopted, marries or until further order of the Court, whichever sooner occurs.
