HE 68802 <br />13081 382 3886 <br />HUSTON 013684 <br />HIGGINS 013686 <br />MARTIN 015438 <br />200909829 <br />other personal property of every kind and description now in his <br />possession, including bank accounts, insurance policies and other <br />tangible property now possessed by the Respondent or owned by him <br />in his separate name except for the kitchen table and four chairs <br />and all items of personal property shown on Exhibit 1 as jointly <br />owned. The said kitchen table and four chairs shall be quieted <br />in the Petitioner. The personal items indicated as jointly owned <br />on Exhibit 1 are to be divided by the parties equally and if the <br />parties cannot agree they are ordered sold and the funds <br />obtained, if any, are ordered divided equally between the <br />parties. <br />h. The 1985 Mercury Cougar automobile shall be set over to <br />Petitioner together with the debt thereon. The 1988 Chevy Pickup <br />and 1967 Cardinal Camper are set over to Respondent together with <br />the debt thereon. <br />i. The Petitioner and Respondent shall be equally liable <br />for and discharge the following debts of the marriage: St. <br />Francis Medical Center, MasterCard, Grand Island Clinic and Grand <br />Island Family Practice. Both parties are to pay equal amounts on <br />said debts. The remaining debts as indicated in Exhibit 1 are <br />ordered paid by the respective parties. <br />j. The I.R.A. owned by the Respondent shall be set over to <br />him as his sole and absolute property. <br />k. As property settlement, to equalize the property <br />division between the parties, Respondent agrees to pay to <br />Petitioner the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) payable in <br />monthly installments of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) commencing <br />4 <br />
