200505378 <br />The Court finds that the Respondent is a fit and proper person to be awarded the <br />permanent care, custody and control of the minor children of the parties subject to the <br />Petitioner's rights of reasonable visitation. The Petitioner shall have reasonable visitation <br />with the minor children. <br />Neither parent shall do any act that will estrange the minor children from the other <br />parent or perform any act that will hamper the natural development of the love and affection <br />that the children have for each parent. <br />On all matters of importance relating to the health, welfare or education of the minor <br />children, the parties shall confer with the view of mutually reaching an acceptable <br />determination of the issues. By way of example, but not limited to the following: <br />(a) The parties shall consult with each other regarding the schooling of <br />the minor children. <br />(b) Each party shall promptly inform and consult with the other in the <br />event of any serious medical problems with the minor children of the <br />parties. <br />(c) Each of the parties shall have access to information relating to the <br />minor children including, but not limited to, access to school, <br />governmental, law enforcement and medical records, and access to <br />all teachers, governmental officials, law enforcement officers, and <br />doctors, and other professionals having contact with the minor <br />children. Such information and contact to be available to each parent <br />without notice to or any further consent of the other. <br />(d) Each parent is authorized to consent to emergency medical care of <br />the minor children at the times when the other parent is not <br />reasonably accessible to give that consent. <br />The parties shall inform each other of the children's social and educational activities <br />and appointments so that both parents might participate where possible and appropriate, and <br />each party shall further advise the other of the children's emergency situations, illnesses, and <br />like problems that may occur when the child is in his or her respective care. <br />V. <br />The Respondent shall pay through the Nebraska Child Support Payment Center, PO <br />Box 83307, Lincoln, NE 68501 -3307, child support for the support and maintenance of the <br />1 minor child of the parties in the amount of $85.00 per month; said payments shall <br />
