Livingston, District Judge, on the Petitioner's Petition for Dissolution <br />of Marriage and the evidence relative thereto. <br />The Petitioner appeared personally and with his attorney, Gregory M. Neuhaus. The <br />Respondent appeared personally and with her attorney, Rachel Daughtery. <br />Hearing was had, evidence adduced, and the Court, being fully advised in the <br />premises, finds as follows: <br />I. <br />The parties have been residents of the State of Nebraska for more than one year prior <br />to the filing of the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage. <br />II. <br />The Court has jurisdiction over both parties and the minor children of the parties, as <br />well as the subject matter of this action. <br />III. <br />The marriage of Petitioner and Respondent is irretrievably broken and every <br />reasonable effort to reconcile have been made without success, and the marriage should be <br />and hereby is dissolved. <br />W. <br />The parties are the parents of two (2) children, to wit: Francisco Artemio Garcia <br />bom December 30, 1992, SSN: 507-31 -4614; and Jadon Ivan Garcia, born June 26, 1996, <br />SSN: 505 -37 -2068. <br />
