f <br />20050 5157 <br />C. To release any of the mortgages or other security interests which secure any <br />obligations to me; <br />D. To sign any other documents regarding any security interest of any type in any of my <br />property, including a deed of trust; <br />E. To lease or rent any of my property; <br />F. To insure any of my property; <br />G. To repair any of my property; <br />H. To exchange any of my property upon the terms and conditions that my Agent shall <br />deem proper; <br />I. To hold real estate in the name of a nominee or nominees; <br />To continue or participate in the operation of any business or other enterprise; <br />K. To vote at the meetings of stockholders or other meetings of any corporation or <br />company, or otherwise to act as my attorney or proxy, with power of substitution, in <br />respect of any stocks, shares, bonds, debentures, or other evidences of ownership, or <br />securities, now or hereafter held by me and issued by or on account of said <br />corporation or company and for that purpose to execute any proxies, limited or <br />general, or other instruments; <br />L. To exercise my rights to elect options and change beneficiaries under insurance and <br />annuity policies and to surrender the policies for their cash value; and, <br />M. To take any other action with regard to any of my property which my agent shall see <br />fit. <br />Any lease, rental agreement, sales contract or exchange contract may be for a length of time <br />which my Agent shall deem proper, and may extend for a period of time which is longer than my <br />life or which extends longer than the termination of this Durable General Power of Attorney. <br />Section 2.6. Banking: My Agent may endorse any check or drafts which I may receive and <br />may deposit them into any of my bank accounts. My Agent may open or close any bank accounts <br />in my name. My Agent may also withdraw any sums of money which are on deposit to my name <br />in any financial institution. My Agent is authorized to have access to any and all safe deposit boxes <br />of which I am now or may become possessed, and to remove therefrom any securities, papers or <br />other articles. <br />Section IT Power to Buy Property: My Agent is authorized to buy every kind of property, <br />real, personal, intangible, on such terms and conditions as my Agent shall deem appropriate; to <br />obtain options with respect to such purchases; and to arrange for appropriate dispositions, use, <br />safekeeping or insuring of any such property. <br />Section 2.8. Brokerage Accounts: My Agent is authorized to establish, utilize and terminate <br />accounts with securities brokers and to hold securities in bearer form or in the name of a nominee <br />or nominees. <br />Section 29. Pledging Assets: My Agent may pledge any of my property as security for any <br />loan made to me or in my name. My Agent is authorized to mortgage or convey by deed of trust or <br />otherwise encumber any real property now or hereafter owned by me, as security for any such loan. <br />My Agent is authorized to grant security interests in any personal property or intangibles now or <br />hereafter owned by me, as security for any such loan. <br />2 <br />
