<br />Beginning at a point on the West Line of said Section 19 that is 100 feet distant northwesterly
<br />measured at right angles from the centerline of the southerly main track of the Union Pacific Railroad
<br />Company;
<br />thence northeasterly parallel with and 100 feet distant northwesterly from said centerline of main
<br />track a distance of 715 feet;
<br />thence continuing northeasterly along a straight line a distance of 828.8 feet to a point that is 200
<br />feet distant northwesterly measured at right angles from said centerline of main track;
<br />thence southwesterly parallel with and 200 feet distant northwesterly from said centerline of main
<br />track to a point on the West Line of said Section 19;
<br />thence south along said West Line to the point of beginning, containing 2.54 acres, more or less.
<br />And also, a triangular parcel of land located in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and

<br />Beginning at a point on the northerly right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad Company that is
<br />200 feet distant northwesterly measured at right angles from the southerly main track of said Union
<br />Pacific Railroad Company, said point being 2,901 feet more or less northeasterly, measured along said
<br />centerline of main track, from the West Line, of said Section 19;
<br />thence continuing northeasterly along said northerly right of way line parallel with and 200 feet
<br />distant northwesterly from said centerline of main track a distance of 1,359 feet more or less to a point on
<br />the North Line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 19;
<br />thence east along said North Line a distance of 101 feet more or less to a point that is 161.5 feet
<br />northwesterly from said centerline of main track measured at right angles through a point that is 4,351.1
<br />feet northeasterly measured along said centerline of main track from said West Line of Section 19;
<br />thence southwesterly along a straight line a distance of 1,452 feet more or less to the point of
<br />beginning, containing 0.64 acres, more or less.
<br />And also, a strip of land approximately 100 feet in width lying between a line parallel with and
<br />distant 100 feet northwesterly, measured at right angles and or radially, from the centerline of the
<br />southerly main track of the Union Pacific Railroad Company as now constructed and the northwesterly
<br />line of said Union Pacific Railroad Company's 400 foot right of way, located in the North Half of Section
<br />20, Township 10 North, Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, containing 13.02 acres,

<br />distant 100 feet northwesterly, measured at right angles and or radially, from the centerline of the
<br />southerly main track of the Union Pacific Railroad Company as now constructed and the northwesterly
<br />line of said Union Pacific Railroad Company's 400 foot right of way, located in the South Half of Section
<br />16, Township 10 North, Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, containing 12.49 acres,

<br />And also, a strip of land approximately 100 feet in width lying between a line parallel with and
<br />distant 100 feet northwesterly, measured at right angles and or radially, from the centerline of the
<br />southerly main track of the Union Pacific Railroad Company as now constructed and the northwesterly
<br />line of said Union Pacific Railroad Company's 400 foot right of way, located in the Northeast Quarter and
<br />the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 10 North, Range 11 West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, containing 8.67 acres, more or less.
