<br />more or less.
<br />And also, a strip of land approximately 100 feet in width lying between a line parallel with and
<br />distant 100 feet northwesterly, measured at right angles and or radially, from the centerline of the
<br />southerly main track of the Union Pacific Railroad Company as now constructed and the northwesterly
<br />line of said Union Pacific Railroad Company's 400 foot right of way, located in the Southeast Quarter of
<br />the Northeast Quarter and the South Half of Section 6, Township 10 North, Range 10 West of the 6th

<br />Beginning at a point on the North and South centerline of said Section 5 that is 100 feet
<br />northwesterly measured at right angles from the centerline of the southerly main track of the Union Pacific

<br />thence southwesterly along a straight line a distance of 480 feet to a point that is 140 feet
<br />northwesterly measured at right angles, from said centerline of the main track; thence continuing
<br />southwesterly parallel with and 140 feet northwesterly from said centerline of the main track a distance of

<br />thence continuing southwesterly along a straight line a distance of 210 feet more or less to a point
<br />that is 150 feet northwesterly measured at right angles from said centerline of the main track;
<br />thence continuing southwesterly parallel with said centerline of the main track to a point in a
<br />straight line that intersects at right angles said centerline of the main track at a point thereon that is 1,195
<br />feet northeasterly from the West Line of said Section 5 when measured along said centerline of the main

<br />thence northerly at right angles to said centerline of the main track a distance of 10 feet; thence
<br />northeasterly parallel with said centerline of the main track to a point on the north and south centerline of

<br />thence south on said North and South Line to the point of beginning, containing 0.28 acre, more or
