<br />Railroad Company's 400 foot right of way which lies northeasterly of a point 300' southwesterly from the
<br />north line of said Section 6, located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6,
<br />Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, containing 1.00 acres, more or
<br />less.
<br />And also, a strip of land approximately 100 feet in width lying between a line parallel with and
<br />distant 100 feet northwesterly, measured at right angles and or radially, from the centerline of the
