at reconciliation have failed. <br />200502066 <br />7. That Petitioner's former name, Christina Marie Salinas, should be restored. <br />S. That the parties have entered into a written Property Settlement Agreement which <br />provides for a division of all the property and debts of the marriage, and provides for a settlement <br />of all other rights and obligations arising by reason of the marital relationship, and that said <br />agreement was received into evidence, is fair and reasonable and is not unconscionable, and should <br />be approved by this Court. That agreement is hereby incorporated herein by this reference as if <br />fully set forth. <br />9. That neither Petitioner nor Respondent is a member of the Armed Forces within the <br />meaning of the Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief Act. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: <br />A. That the marriage entered into on the 291h day of August, 1997, by and between and <br />Petitioner, Christina Marie Gonzalez, and the Respondent, Apolinar Gonzalez, be and is hereby <br />dissolved. Except for purposes of appeal, re- marriage or continuation of health insurance coverage, <br />such dissolution shall become final and operative thirty (30) days after the date of this Decree or on <br />the date of death of one of the parties, whichever occurs first. If this Decree becomes final and <br />operative upon the date of death of one of the parties, then this Decree shall be treated as if it <br />became final and operative on the date it was rendered. For purposes of review by appeal, this <br />Decree becomes a final order as soon as it is rendered. For purposes of re- marriage, this Decree <br />becomes final and operative six months after this Decree is rendered or on the date of death of one <br />of the parties to this dissolution, whichever occurs first. For purposes of continuation of health <br />insurance coverage, this Decree becomes final and operative six months after it is rendered. <br />B. That the written Property Settlement Agreement of the parties received into <br />2 <br />
