200502066 <br />evidence as Exhibit # A is hereby approved and the terms thereof are hereby incorporated in <br />and made a part of this Decree as if fully set forth herein and the parties are ordered to comply with <br />the terms and provisions thereof. <br />C. The parties to this action ordered to pay a judgment as part of the dissolution <br />proceedings are hereby required to furnish to the Clerk of the District Court of Lancaster County <br />his or her address, telephone number and social security number, the name of his or her employer, <br />whether or not such person has access to employer - related health insurance coverage and, if so, the <br />health insurance policy information, and any other information the court shall deem relevant until <br />such judgment shall be paid in full. The parties are also required to advise the Clerk of any <br />changes in such information between the time of entry of the Decree and the payment of the <br />judgment in full. Failure to comply with the provisions of this section shall be punishable by <br />contempt. <br />D. That Petitioner shall receive as her sole and separate property, all the personal <br />property, clothing, jewelry, sporting equipment, household goods, furnishings, and automobiles <br />that are currently in her possession, free and clear of any claims or liens by the Respondent. In <br />addition, Petitioner shall be awarded as her sole and separate property, free and clear of any interest <br />of the Respondent, a certain 1999 Dodge Intrepid automobile, VIN 42B3HD46R8XS698191. <br />Petitioner shall pay and shall hold the Respondent free and harmless from any and all liability for any <br />loans or encumbrance against said vehicle. <br />E. That Respondent shall receive as his sole and separate property, all the personal <br />property, clothing, jewelry, sporting equipment, household goods, furnishings, and automobiles <br />that are currently in his possession free and clear of any claims or liens by the Petitioner. In <br />addition, Respondent shall be awarded as his sole and separate property, free and clear of any interest <br />
