MARIE GONZALEZ), ) <br />Petitioner, ) DECREE <br />VS. ) <br />APOLINAR GONZALEZ, <br />Respondent: ), <br />THIS MATTER came before the Court for hearing on the 29 "' day of November, 2001. <br />Petitioner was present in Court and represented by her attorney, Jenrii4r -�- -uxoll of Bollerup & <br />Huxoll, P.C., Law Offices. Respondent was not present in Court and was not represented by an <br />attorney. Evidence was adduced and in consideration thereof, the Court being fully advised in the <br />premises, finds as follows: <br />1. That more than 60 days have passed since the tiling of the Petition and service of <br />the process herein. <br />2. That this Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter of this action <br />for purposes of granting the relief requested in the Petition filed herein. <br />3. That Petitioner was a resident of the state of Nebraska for more than one year prior <br />to the filing of the Petition, and Petitioner was a resident of Lancaster County at the time of such <br />tiling. <br />4. That the Petitioner and Respondent were lawfully married on the 291h day of <br />August, 1997, in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />5. That there were no children born of this marriage. Petition is not pregnant at this <br />time. <br />6. That the marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken and all reasonable"attempts" <br />1 <br />0 C r., <br />
