200204993 <br />(4), and to a point of curvature; thence running southwesterly along <br />the easterly line of said Lot Four (4), and the arc of a curve to the <br />right whose radius is One Hundred (100.0) feet, the long chord of <br />which bears S2203 1'56"W, a long chord distance of Seventy Six and <br />Seventy Eight Hundredths (76.78) feet; thence running S45 °07'18 "W, <br />along the southeasterly line of said Lots One (1) and Four (4), a <br />distance of Three Hundred Eighty Two and Seventy Six Hundredths <br />(382.76) feet, to the southeast corner of said Lot One (1); thence <br />running S89 °43'36 "W, along the south line of said Lot One (1), a <br />distance of Two Hundred Ninety Seven and Three Tenths (297.30) <br />feet; thence running N88 °50'15 "W, and continuing along the south <br />line of said Lot One (1), a distance of Four Hundred and Five <br />Hundredths (400.05) feet, to the point of beginning and containing <br />17.246 acres more or less; <br />desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the foregoing tract of land located within the corporate <br />limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submits to the City Council of such City for <br />acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision, to be known <br />as THE VILLAGE THIRD SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and <br />particularly describing the lots, easements, and streets belonging to such subdivision, with the lots <br />designated by number, easements by dimensions, and streets by name, and proposes to cause the plat <br />of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission and the City <br />Council to be acknowledged by such owner, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land <br />surveyor, and to contain a dedication of the easements to the use and benefit of public utilities, and of <br />the street to the use of the public forever. In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said THE <br />VILLAGE THIRD SUBDIVISION, the Subdivider hereby consents and agrees with the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, that it will install or provide at its expense the following improvements: <br />Residential Development. The proposed development constitutes a planned <br />unit development pursuant to Section 36 -39 of the Grand Island City Code. For that reason, the <br />Subdivider agrees that the continuing requirements of Section 36 -69 of the Grand Island City Code <br />-2- <br />
