Each party shall act in good faith and deal fairly with the other in the interpretation and performance of the provisions of this Contract. Within Thirty (30) days of a written request by either party, the parties shall jointly meet through their governing bodies to discuss any matter of concern regarding the Property. 20 Entire Agreement. This contract and the exhibits and attachments set forth all the covenants, provisions, agreements, conditions and understandings between the parties and there are no other covenants, promises, agreements, conditions or understandings, either oral or written, between them. 21 Amendment and Modification. No modification or amendment of or supplement to this agreement shall be valid or effective unless the same is in writing and signed by the parties to this agreement. 22 Waiver. No waiver of any provision or condition of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing signed by the Party. No such waiver shall be taken as a waiver of any other or similar provision or of any future event, act, or default. 23 Remedies. In the event of any breach of any of the covenants, agreements, terms . or conditions contained in this Agreement, the party not in breach shall be entitled to enjoin the breach and obtain specific performance of any covenant, agreement, term or condition and shall have the right to invoke any equitable or legal right or remedy as though other remedies were not provided for in this Agreement. 24 Severability.
