�„V���� AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> • �� BY AND BETWEEN <br /> . Tf�COUNTY OF HALL AND Tf�CITY OF GRAND ISLAND <br /> 15 Occupancy by Joint City-County Health Department. Prior to or following <br /> closing, the County shall offer occupancy of Area � and employee parking area to <br /> the Grand Island-Hall County joint health board, hereinafter referred to as the <br /> "Health Board," for the use of the joint city-county department of health. If the <br /> Health Board accepts such offer, Area A and the employee parking area shall be <br /> occupied by said joint health department under such terms and conditions as <br /> agreed to by the Health Board and the County. The City and County agree that in <br /> the event of occupancy by said joint department of health, the Health Board and <br /> the department of health, for so long as they occupy said area, shall assume and be <br /> responsible for the County's obligations with respect to paragraphs 8, 10, 11, and <br /> 12 utilizing funds jointly budgeted by the City and the County for the Health Board <br /> or such other funds as may be available to the Health Board. In the event that said <br /> Area A is not occupied by a joint health department operated the Health Board, <br /> the County may utilize this area for any county purpose. <br /> 16 Insurance. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the City shall obtain and <br /> maintain a11 hazards insurance coverage on the Property in the amount of full <br /> replacement value and sha11 obtain and maintain premise liability coverage with <br /> reasonable coverage limits as agreed to by the parties. The County shall be named <br /> as an additional insured on such policy or policies of insurance. The City and the <br /> County shall equally share the insurance premiums. <br /> 17 Non-merger and Sur`vival. This Agreement shall survive the closing and shall not <br /> merge in the deed. <br /> 18 Right of Partition. As long as Area A is occupied by a joint city-county <br /> department of health the County and the City expressly waive any right that each <br /> may have to maintain any action for partition with respect to the Property. If a <br /> joint city-county department of health does not occupy Area A either party may <br /> Page 7 <br />
