�„V�� AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY • �� BY AND BETWEEN . Tf�COUNTY OF HALL AND Tf�CITY OF GRAND ISLAND 15 Occupancy by Joint City-County Health Department. Prior to or following closing, the County shall offer occupancy of Area � and employee parking area to the Grand Island-Hall County joint health board, hereinafter referred to as the "Health Board," for the use of the joint city-county department of health. If the Health Board accepts such offer, Area A and the employee parking area shall be occupied by said joint health department under such terms and conditions as agreed to by the Health Board and the County. The City and County agree that in the event of occupancy by said joint department of health, the Health Board and the department of health, for so long as they occupy said area, shall assume and be responsible for the County's obligations with respect to paragraphs 8, 10, 11, and 12 utilizing funds jointly budgeted by the City and the County for the Health Board or such other funds as may be available to the Health Board. In the event that said Area A is not occupied by a joint health department operated the Health Board, the County may utilize this area for any county purpose. 16 Insurance. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the City shall obtain and maintain a11 hazards insurance coverage on the Property in the amount of full replacement value and sha11 obtain and maintain premise liability coverage with reasonable coverage limits as agreed to by the parties. The County shall be named as an additional insured on such policy or policies of insurance. The City and the County shall equally share the insurance premiums. 17 Non-merger and Sur`vival. This Agreement shall survive the closing and shall not merge in the deed. 18 Right of Partition. As long as Area A is occupied by a joint city-county department of health the County and the City expressly waive any right that each may have to maintain any action for partition with respect to the Property.
