BY AND BETWEEN <br /> TF�COUNTY OF HALL AND Tf�CITY OF GRAND ISLAND <br /> reason held to be contrary to law, or contrary to any rule or regulation having the <br /> force and effect of law, such decision shall not affect the remaining portions of the <br /> Agreement. However, upon the occurrence of s�ch event, either party may <br /> terminate this Agreement forthwith upon the delivery of written notice to the other <br /> party. <br /> 25 Binding Effect. Notwithstanding any term to the contrary, this agreement shall <br /> not be valid or enforceable unless approved the Hall County Board of Supervisors <br /> and the Grand Island City Council and, unless so approved, shall be void and of no <br /> effect. Upon approval by the parties this agreement shall be executed in the name <br /> of and on behalf of the parties by their designated representatives. If approved as <br /> set forth in this section, this Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the <br /> benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. <br /> Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, nothing in <br /> this Agreement, expressed or implied, is intended to confer on any person other <br /> than the parties hereto or their respective successors and assigns any right, remedy, <br /> obligation, or liability under or by reason of this Agreement. <br /> 26 Notices.
