Both Plaintiff and Defendant waive complete record in this matter. <br />15. Except for purposes of appeal, remarriage or continuation of health insurance <br />coverage as described herein, this Decree of Dissolution becomes final and operative thirty (30) <br />days from the date thereof or on the death of one of the parties to this action, whichever occurs <br />first. If this Decree becomes final and operative upon the date of death of one of the parties to <br />this action, this Decree shall be treated as if it became final and operative the day it was <br />rendered. <br />16. For purposes of remarriage, this Decree becomes final and operative six (6) <br />months after the Decree is filed or on the date of death of one of the parties of this action, <br />whichever occurs first.
