The minor children of the parties is as follows: Cindy Moran, born January 2000 <br />and Leslie Moran, born November 2004. <br />2. The Plaintiff shall have legal and physical custody of the minor children. <br />3. Defendant shall have reasonable visitation with the minor children as determined <br />by the Plaintiff: <br />4. One parent may not plan or schedule activities during the parenting time of the <br />other parent without reasonable notice to and consent of the other parent. <br />5. The responsibility for making minor decisions affecting the interests of the child at <br />any particular time shall be reposed primarily in the person having the physical care at that <br />time. <br />6. Either parent may make emergency decisions affecting the health or safety of the <br />child, at any time, regardless of the parent with whom the child is residing at the time. <br />7. Neither parent shall do any act that will estrange the child from the other parent or <br />perform any act that will hamper the natural development of love and affection that therchild <br />has for each parent. <br />8. Each parent understands that the needs of the children may change as the children <br />get older and they will interpret and apply this plan in a way that best serves any changing <br />needs of the children. <br />9.
