202602389 <br />LOT SIX (6) AND THE SOUTH 11.5' OF LOT FIVE (5) BLOCK TWEO (2) AXT <br />AND HAGGE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA <br />Plaintiff shall have quieted in her any motor vehicles currently in her possession. Plaintiff shall <br />have quieted in her all checking and savings accounts currently in her name, as well as, if any, <br />stocks, bonds, certificates of deposit, pensions, IRAs, retirement plans and any and all life <br />insurance policies owned by Plaintiff free and clear of any claims or demands of the Defendant. <br />6. The Defendant shall have quieted in him all items of personal property currently <br />in his possession. Defendant shall have quieted in him any motor vehicles currently in his <br />possession. Defendant shall have quieted in him all checking and savings accounts currently in <br />his name, as well as, if any, stocks, bonds, certificates of deposit, pensions, IRAs, retirement <br />plans and any and all life insurance policies owned by Defendant free and clear of any claims or <br />demands of the Plaintiff. <br />7. The Plaintiff shall assume responsibility for paying all debts in her sole name <br />since the separation and Plaintiff shall indemnify and hold harmless Defendant thereon. <br />8. The Defendant shall assume responsibility for paying all debts in his sole name <br />since the separation and Defendant shall indemnify and hold harmless Plaintiff thereon. <br />9. There shall be no alimony payable by either party to the other herein. <br />10. Each party shall be responsible for payment of their own attorney fees and court <br />costs. <br />11. Plaintiffs name shall be restored to Marina Elizabeth Barrientos. <br />12. All property and money received and retained by the parties pursuant hereto, <br />except as specifically provided for to the contrary, shall be the separate property of the respective <br />parties, free and clear of any right, interest or claim of the other, and each party shall have the <br />right to deal with and dispose of his or her separate property, both real and personal. <br />13. Each of the parties will execute and deliver to the other party any documents, <br />titles, deeds, etc. that may be reasonably required to accomplish the intent of this instrument and <br />shall do all other things incident to this end. In the event either party shall fail to comply with <br />the provisions of this paragraph within thirty (30) days thereof, this Decree shall constitute an <br />Page <br />
