202602389 <br />IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />MARINA ELIZABETH MORAN, <br />Plaintiff, s' �'�= Case No. CI 17-1064 <br />vs. MAR 19 2018 DECREE OF DISSOLUTION <br />VALORIE BENDIXEN OF MARRIAGE <br />HILDE ANTONIO MORAN, CLERK OFDIBTRICTCQURT <br />Defendant. <br />NOW ON this 19th day of March, 2018, this matter came on to be heard upon the <br />Complaint for Dissolution of Marriage filed herein. The Honorable Teresa K. Luther, Hall <br />County District Judge, presiding. <br />The Plaintiff was present in Court in person and represented by her attorney, J.D. Sabott. <br />Defendant did not appear, nor was he represented by counsel. <br />Plaintiff testified and rested. <br />The Court, being advised in the premises, orders, adjudges and decrees as follows: <br />1. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties hereto and the subject matter of this <br />action. <br />2. Plaintiff and Defendant were married on the date and at the place stated in the <br />Complaint filed herein; and neither are parties to any other pending action for divorce, separation <br />or dissolution of marriage or are in the military service of the United States or its allies within the <br />meaning of the Service Members Civil Relief Act of 2003. <br />3. The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken and all efforts at reconciliation <br />have failed; that the marriage of the parties should be and is hereby dissolved. <br />4. Three (3) children have been born of this marriage, two of which whose interests <br />are affected by this action: Leslie Moran, born November 2004, and Cindy Moran, born January <br />2000; that the Parenting Plan included and incorporated as part of the Decree is in the best <br />A interest of the minor children; is not unconscionable and is approved by the Court and the Court <br />further orders the parties to abide by the terms of the Parenting Plan.
