The Condemner shall be granted the following permanent and temporary <br /> easements: <br /> a. a permanent easement in, over, under and upon the real estate <br /> below the elevation of 1,847.5 feet above sea level described in Exhibit A <br /> and E�ibit D for the purpose of directing, storing, and channeling <br /> drainage waters upon and across the easement area sought to be acquired; <br /> b. a permanent easement in, over, under and upon the real estate <br /> described on Exhibit B for the purpose of providing an outlet and <br /> drainway from the lake on the real estate described on Exhibits A and D to <br /> the Wood River; and <br /> c. a temporary easement in, over, under and upon the real estate <br /> described on E�ibit C for construction purposes and temporary relocation <br /> of utilities during project construction, <br /> all in connection with the construction of the street, roadway, drainage and infrastructure <br /> of the South LocustJI-80 Interchange Construction Project. <br /> 3. The taking of the land and easements refened to in the petition and the <br /> stipulation will permanently reduce the value of the Condemnee's property and the <br /> Condemnee is entitled to damages thereto. The parties' stipulate that damages to the real <br /> estate described in Exhibits A, B and C in the petition shall be fixed at $25,000.00 and <br /> damages to the real estate described in Exhibit D shall be fixed at $43,000.00. <br /> � <br />
