ANDERSON, a single person. The Court being duly advised of the <br /> circumstances finds that the stipulation resolves and settles all issues in the above <br /> captioned action, that the parties have requested that the stipulation be approved and that <br /> the terms and conditions therein shall be incorporated in this journal entry and judgment <br /> to be entered by the Court without further notice or hearing. Based upon the stipulation <br /> filed herein, the Court makes the following findings: <br /> 1. The Condemnee is the owner of the tracts of real estate described on <br /> Exhibit's A, B, and C attached to the petition in the above captioned action and Exhibit D <br /> attached to the stipulation and incorporated in the petition by reference. Copies of <br /> EYhibits A, B, C and D are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />
