BOUNDARIES <br />The boundaries of each Suite, including the Suite's identifying number, are shown on <br />Exhibit "B" of Declaration I, as it pertains to Suites One (1) Two (2) and Three (3); Exhibit "B" of <br />Declaration II, as it pertains to Suites Four (4), Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7) on; Exhibit "A" as it <br />pertains to Suite's Eight (8) and Nine (9) on a tract of land comprising all Lot Three (3), RW <br />Rasmussen Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, said tract containing 4335 <br />acres more or less. <br />The boundaries are the unfinished surface of the outer most interior walls, fireplace <br />openings, if any, up to the flue in the closed position, the unfinished service of the ceiling <br />immediately below the roof as indicated for each separate Suite and the extension of those <br />surfaces where the Suite includes unenclosed space. <br />ARTICLE V. DEFINITIONS <br />Except as hereinafter noted, the definitions set forth in The Nebraska Condominium Act shall <br />govern this Amendment. <br />(a) "Suite" shall mean and include: the enclosed space of the nine (9) residential <br />living units shown on the exhibits to Declaration I, Declaration II, and Declaration <br />III which identifies the Suites thereon by number; all airspace in rooms and <br />attics, air-conditioning compressor or units, exterior water taps, permanent gas, <br />charcoal -burning or electric barbecue grills, screening, window glass, exterior <br />and interior doors, garage walk-thru and drive-thru doors but shall not include <br />structural walls, roofs, floors and ceilings, except for the Suite -side surfaces <br />thereof, which shall be included in the definition "Suite". <br />(b) "Condominium" shall mean the entire condominium project including all <br />buildings, land, and other improvements upon the land as set forth in this <br />Master Deed as part of the condominium regimes. <br />(c) "General Common Elements" shall include: the land on which the buildings stand, <br />including all the surrounding lands embraced within the legal description <br />specified in Article II above; the foundations, roofs, and main walls including the <br />exterior surfaces of all buildings and garages except for screening, window glass, <br />exterior doors, garage walk-thru and drive-thru doors, and exterior water taps. <br />Exterior water taps may be used by the Association, with owner permission, for <br />watering and maintenance of common areas, yards, berms and gardens, drives, <br />walks, parking areas, utility building, and all parts of the property and <br />improvements which are not located in the "Suites" or denoted as "limited <br />common elements" as shown on the on the exhibits to Declaration I, Declaration <br />II, and Declaration III.
