202500471 <br />and sidewalks, all installations and the space necessary therefor of any central <br />services to be provided up to each suite or garage including electric wiring, <br />plumbing, telephone wiring and flues. <br />(d) "Limited Common Elements" shall include porches, decks, patios and stoops. <br />(e) "Owner" shall mean co-owner as defined in the Nebraska Condominium Act. <br />ARTICLE VI. ALLOCATED INTEREST <br />The allocated interest, in reference to the undivided interest in the common elements <br />and common expenses of the Association, have been as set forth herein. If additional Suites are <br />added to the condominium, the same formula as herein set forth shall govern the allocated <br />interests after an addition in reference to the undivided interests in the common elements and <br />common expenses of the Association.
